This sculpture incorporates a small painting into a steel lamp formed by a simple triangular origami fold.  This modernist painting uses stylized symbol to convey intent. Entitled: Elements of a Storm portrayed using a concretion of relevant symbols. Three highly stylized and drifting clouds appear depicted on a dark gray background. Superimposed over these forms, a stylized lightning zig-zag appears in bright yellow, highlighted with orange. At the very bottom, below the lightning's tip, a single raindrop appears to be falling.
